I’ve gotten it before. I ruined my skin three, maybe four years ago and I have been paying for it ever since…and now I have the WORST heat rash of my life. Worst and most depressing part is: I can’t sweat until it’s cleared up or it will get worse…that means I cannot run…I have been running almost everyday for three months and it is KILLING ME! I’M FREAKING OUT!
